Drills to do at home: Passing & Setting
Platform Passing Drills
Step 1: passing continuously against the wall (20 reps)
Step 2: Pass up to yourself, then back to the wall (20 reps)
Focus:
working on keeping strong and tight platform (Elbows squeezed tight)
focusing on keeping weight forward
holding your platform infront of belly button and swinging till your chest
keeping one foot forward and stepping into pass

Setting
Setting against a wall or to target (Eg: parent or sibling)
Step 1: Setting to the wall continuously (20 reps)
Step 2: Set to yourself, then back to the wall (20 reps)
Step 3: Toss the ball up and catch in setting stance
Step 4: Toss to self and back set to target
Focus:
Working on proper foot work and setting stance (One foot forward, weight forward)
working on control
Working on hands and placement (Big hands, hands above our forehead)
Working on proper wrist movements
