SALES POLICIES

Refunds and Transfers

All sales are final. However, in some cases, we may allow class transfers with approval from our staff. Transfers will be processed using the value of the remaining passes left. Transfers of passes to other programs must be done for the full amount remaining on the package. For example: if you’ve purchased a package of 10 passes and used 3, all 7 of the remaining passes will need to be used in the transfer. The package cannot be split into different programs

If class transfers are approved by staff, these transfers are done based on monetary value as follows:

  • Fundamentals $30+tax/pass

  • HP $50+tax/pass

  • Open $30+tax/pass

No class passes transfers into House League enrollment.

House League

Our House League program runs on a fixed schedule and full enrollment fee will be charged. If you are interested in enrolling after the session has already started, the full fee is still required for registration. A credit for the missed sessions can be applied to future purchases.

For example: if you enroll late, you will still be charged the full fee of $320+tax, regardless of missed sessions. However, we will issue a credit of $40+tax per missed session due to a late enrollment. This credit can be applied to a future House League enrollment or other program packages.

For absences, we can offer one fundamentals class pass for the missed House League session. There is a limit of two passes that can be claimed per House League enrollment. After that, no further compensation will be given for missed sessions.

All sales are final.

Summer Camps

Please note that summer camps will run rain or shine! If you need to transfer to a different week, contact us and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.

Class Passes

Open

Open classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend booking classes through our website to ensure a spot, as classes have limited capacity to preserve quality. Athletes can attend any group session at their level (Beginner: Level 1, Intermediate: Level 2, Advanced: Level 3) or lower (e.g., a Level 2 athlete can attend Level 2 and Level 1 classes).

All athletes new to Ronin need to start with a level 1 class for an evaluation. If you feel that you may need a higher level class, please let the coach know at the start of the class that you would like an evaluation for a level 2. They will let you know at the end of your class what level you can continue your training in.

Open passes cannot be used to book Fundamentals, High Performance, or Private classes.

High Performance

High Performance classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend booking classes through our website to ensure a spot, as classes have limited capacity to preserve quality. High Performance sessions 90 minutes or longer require two passes.

If you feel that you may need a higher level class, please let the coach know at the start of the class that you would like an evaluation for level 2. They will let you know at the end of your class what level you can continue your training in. Otherwise, please send us a video footage of your child to our email address for a remote evaluation. Please select footage that best exemplifies your child’s ability and demonstrates all skills applicable.

High Performance passes cannot be transferred to Private sessions. Passes can be transferred to any of our other programs except for House League.

All sales are final.

Private Lessons

To book private lessons, you must purchase a package that includes both private and group sessions. Private passes are not transferable to group sessions. Private lessons are available for booking and purchase directly through the office only. Please contact us if you are interested.

Sharing Class Passes

Sharing of passes can be done between immediate family members such as siblings of the same program. Please contact Ronin Volleyball to set up class pass sharing.
