What you need to know

Where do I start?

We recommend starting with a two-class trial ($30) to see if our program is a good fit.

To sign-up, choose a day on the schedule and click SIGN UP for [Youth Fundamentals] Beginners. Do not sign up for Youth Fundamentals Intermediate.

  1. Create a profile. Use the parents full name and the childs first name in brackets, ie. Michael (Jane) Smith.
  2. Choose the two-class trial, add a credit card and complete checkout.
  3. Complete pre-arrival form for covid contact tracking. To be completed every training day.
  4. Drop off 10 min. prior to first class. Recommended to come dressed in gym clothes. There is a changeroom available.
    • Bringindoor shoes and reusable water bottle.
      • Good to also bring – knee pads and to wear a long sleeve as well, if possible.
    • Parents are not permitted in the gym due to covid capacity issues.
Do I need to come to all the classes?

We know life happens, so we’ve designed our program to accommodate that! Although we absolutly encourage athletes to attend as often as possible they have the flexibility to attend when it’s convenient – up to 3 days a week!

Beginner vs Intermediate?

If you’re new to our program please sign up for the Youth Fundamental – Beginner. We will assess you at the first class and give you an update afterwards with regards to a development plan.

The intermediate group is typically athletes who have had more playing and practicing experience.

Athletes will eventually progress from the Fundamentals Intermediate to Youth High Performance Tier 1.
